Mental Strength

Ive always believed that the mind is the most powerful part of your body. You can will yourself on to do things, even when physically your every being is screaming NOOOOOOO!!!

I saw this in the 24 hours from Friday at 6pm until Saturday evening.  CrossFit Shoalhaven (www.crossfitshoalhaven.com) were doing 24 WODs (workouts) in 24 hours.  Every hour a different workout. Some 9 minutes, some 30 minutes.  Rest and do it again.

Physically it was extremely punishing.  But time and again after such short rests people got up.  And as the clock ticked over the hour they attacked the next WOD.  Each time knowing there was another and another and another.  Muscles under fatigue, lack of sleep, minimal food, even borderline dehydration.

How did they do it??

Mind over Body.

They lived by the saying "Whether you think you can or you think you cant, you're right".  They decided they could and so they did.  I did 11 of them and, honestly, was wrecked.

To me, life and business are the same.  Theres always going to be challenges that we have to face.  And overcome.  Sometimes we're tired and we ache.  This is where the power of the mind takes over for us to get the job done.

Strengthen your mind and achieve like you never have before.
